When I first started in the internet marketing business I decided to target local businesses. This was a good idea since there are tons of them, so the skies the limit right. I decided to go to the yellow pages website to get leads.
I would look up a specific business and then give them a call. Well this was taking a while, because I had to navigate through the website to get all the data I needed about the business to contact them.
Like many of us I stumbled upon the warrior forums. I searched around the WSO section and found a Yellow Pages scraper from Tim Castleman. The scraper worked great and it allowed me to speed things up tremendously. I used it for a while and it stopped working. I contact Tim and he said his developers were working on an update and the update never happened, so I had to find another one.
I visited the warrior forums again and found a Yellow Page scraper by Steve Baker. Again this scraper works great and it still is working great as of the date of this post, but Steve stopped offering it. I found this out, because a client of my wanted to purchase the one I got from Steve. I contacted Steve about it, and he informed me that he was no longer offering it.
I had to tell my client he would have to search for another one. I was doing my normal craigslist scrapping and was lucky enough to find a software developer named Skyler. After he and I talked for a long time, we decided to form a partnership in the IM world.

This is inaccurate. Tim Castleman's scraper works just fine. I used it yesterday.
